Granite Properties of Texas accumulates management experience from a variety of sources resulting in a comprehensive approach to real estate portfolio management.
Day-to-Day Management We provide common area maintenance services, regular property visits and after-hours contact and service.
Financial Reporting and Planning We prepare budgets, conduct reserve analysis, and prepare financials with budget versus actual figures to use as a management tool. We work closely with the Board of Directors to insure they are receiving the desired results for their asset.
Expense Controls We require yearly contract reviews to examine income versus costs. We use in-house maintenance for smaller projects and general contractors on larger projects resulting in both savings and better quality workmanship.
